CELTIC, Central Gaul. Aedui. Late 2nd to early 1st century BC. Quinarius (Silver, 14 mm, 2.00 g, 1 h). Celticized youthful male head to right, hair ending in long and prominent curls. Rev. Horse galloping right; above, wheel of four spokes; below, lyre. DT 3183. LT 4858. Beautifully toned. Nearly extremely fine.
